Both the central and regional teams now have a real time visibility of their pallet balances. Every number can be traced back to the original slip, so nothing is hidden and nothing feels like guesswork.
From the Logistica dashboard, Aryzta can send open claims with just a few clicks. Partners receive a web link showing a clear breakdown of their balances and can upload missing documents or ask questions directly. Our AI agent handles the routine follow up while Aryzta’s team focuses on the few cases that truly need human attention.
